               Shrimp Kabob with Hailey

No Other Spices Needed

Prep Time 10 Min. Cooking Time: 7 To 8 Min. Serves: 6 To 8 people

Ingredients:

1 Cup Hailey Torshi Salsa (Puree in a small blender)

1/3 Cup Clover Honey
1lb. Medium to large Raw Shrimp
1/3 Cup of olive oil
Wood Skewers

Directions:

​Peel the shell from the shrimp, wash / rinse and pad dry (leave the tail on if possible).
Mix Honey, Hailey Torshi Salsa, olive oil and the shrimp together, put on the wooden skewers place in a large baking pan and pour the excess marinade over the shrimp and let it marinade for about 10 to 15 Min.
Place the pan with the shrimp skewers in the oven under the broiler turn the skewers frequently until the shrimp is done (pink and glazed with the marinade). Place on a desired platter and enjoy the most delicious shrimp kabob. You may pour the excess juice in the pan if any over the shrimp for added taste. Enjoy!
