MARINADE STEAK with HAILEY
“No Other Spices Needed”
Prep time: 5 Min.
Ingredients:
Lean Steak pieces of your choice (Top sirloin is used in the picture)
Hailey Torshi Salsa (Puree in a small blender) About 1 tbs per 10 oz piece
Olive Oil (About 1 tbs per 10 oz Piece)
Pinch of salt to taste
Directions:
Mix Olive Oil and Hailey Torshi Salsa together in a blender and puree.
Rub / Mix all around your steaks, cover and let marinade for at least 3 to 4 hrs. in refrigerator. (the longer you marinade your steaks, the better the taste! Can marinade up to 2 to 3 days if desired)
When ready, take out let it reach room temperature. Grill and enjoy. Sprinkle salt when steaks are being cooked on the grill. (never mix salt in the marinade, it makes your steak tough) Use the excess marinade to glaze while your steaks are being grilled. When steaks are cooked to your desire, let it rest for about 5 min. before serving.
Serve with potato or vegetable of your choice.
