HOR D'OEUVRES WITH HAILEY
(NO OTHER SPICES NEEDED)
SPICY, ZESTY AND DELICIOUS!
Serves: 50 people Preparation Time: 20 min.
Ingredients:
1/3 cup of Hailey Torshi Salsa
3/4 cup of sour cream
1/8 cup of heavy whipping cream
40 - 50 thin slices of toasted baguettes or cracker of choice (not sweetend)
Parsley or cilantro to garnish
Directions:
Mix all ingredients in a small food processor whip at low speed.
With a small spoon or scoop place the paste on thin slices of toasted baguettes or cracker of your choice.
Garnish with fresh and diced cilantro or parsley. Place on a platter, and serve.
