BEEF STROGANOFF WITH HAILEY

(No Other Spices Needed)

Prep. Time: 20 Min.
Cooking Time: 40 Min.
Serves: 4 to 5 People


Ingredients:

2 Lbs. Top Sirloin Steak (washed, padded dry, trimmed from excess fat and Cut to 1 inch pieces)

1/2 Cup of Hailey Torshi Salsa (Puree in A Small Blender)

1/2 Lbs Mushrooms (Chopped to 1 1/2 inches)

One Medium Onion (Diced to 1/2 inches)

1 to 1 1/2 Cup Sour Cream ( Depends on your taste on your taste ) , OPTIONAL : about 1/4 of heavy whipping cream added while adding the sour cream is also very tasty but its not a must !

1/4 Cup All Purpose wheat Flour

Salt to taste

About 2 cups of water

2 to 3 medium to large potatoes (Julian cut and Deep Fried just like French Fries ) Or 8 OZ Package Egg Noodles Cook Per instructions on the Package .


Directions:
With a little oil in a large skillet, sauté the meat. Sprinkle the flour over it and stir. Add the Hailey torshi, onions and mushrooms to the skillet stir until meat and onions are golden. This should take about 5 to 7 min. Add about 2 cups of water enough to have juices for simmering and not burning the mixture. Add Salt to taste and stir to get an even texture. Lower the heat cover the skillet and simmer for about 30 min. or until the meat is tender. (you need to reduce the juice/ broth in the mixture but make sure not to burn it) Add the sour cream stir for a couple of minutes and serve over the egg noodles, or the Julian Fries. Garnish as you like. Serve hot and enjoy the best tasting Beef Stroganoff with your friends or family.
