Beef or Pork Tenderloin Fillet Kabobs with Hannah
"No other spices needed”
Prep time: 15 Min.
Marinade Time: 2 hrs to 48 hrs (the longer the marinade time
the better the taste)
Serves: 5 to 6 people
Ingredients:
2lbs of Beef or Pork Fillet tenderloin
4 to 5 fl. Oz of Hannah Torshi salsa
4 to 5 fl. Oz of Olive Oil or good None GMO Canola oil
Pinch of salt (Sprinkled on the kabobs while cooking)
Directions:
Cut the Fillets into 1 1/2 to 2 inch pieces. Cut in the middle and open them up.
Puree Hannah Torshi Salsa and Oil in a small blender.
Mix with the fillets and cover up with saran wrap or aluminum foil and let it marinade. The longer the marinade time the better the taste.
When ready, Place on metal/steel skewers, bring to room temperature. Beat a little with tenderizer mallet or back of a knife for more tenderization. Place on the grill for a few min. on each side depend on your desired doneness! Sprinkle salt while kabobs are being cooked on the grill.
Serve with rice, potatoes, and vegetable of your choice.
